Current Open Positions

Goshen, Indiana

Full-time or Part-time | $76,000 – $106,000 + up to $10,000 Relocation Bonus

Most pelvic floor PTs are stuck rushing through 15-minute visits and fighting insurance companies. That’s not how we work.

At Inside Track Physical Therapy & Wellness, you’ll treat men’s and women’s pelvic health patients one-on-one for a full hour. We already run ads that bring patients to our door, so you’ll step into existing demand instead of building a caseload from scratch.

This isn’t a pelvic floor mill. You’ll have the clinical freedom to build real relationships, create individualized plans, and coach patients toward stronger, more active lives — not just symptom management.

We’re growing fast and opening a second clinic location in 2028, which means real leadership and growth opportunities.

What Success Looks Like

  • Your patients keep coming back because they trust you and see progress
  • Patients refer their friends and family (word-of-mouth is our best marketing)
  • You consistently convert evaluations into committed plans of care

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pelvic floor patients (men & women) in 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions
  • Develop plans of care that improve symptoms, help prevent surgery, and integrate fitness/wellness
  • Educate patients on exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle factors that support pelvic health
  • Program regular exercise and strength training into rehab plans (or be excited to learn)
  • Sell packages of visits and offer longer-term fitness/injury-prevention programs when appropriate
  • Protect 2–5 hours per week for notes and session prep (built into your schedule)
  • Contribute to a supportive team culture with honest feedback and weekly all-hands meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with an active Indiana license (or willing to obtain one)
  • Genuine desire to work in the wellness + fitness space, not just traditional rehab
  • You work out regularly and practice what you preach
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Eager to (or experienced in) programming exercise and weight training into patient plans

Preferred (not required):

  • Dry needling certification
  • Blood flow restriction (BFR) certification
  • Experience with men’s pelvic health
  • Spanish speaking ability

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary: $76,000 – $106,000 depending on experience
  • Up to $10,000 relocation bonus (half at signing + half at 6 months)
  • True 1-on-1 care — only 6–8 patients per day
  • No insurance paperwork or productivity quotas
  • Dedicated time for notes and prep every week
  • Mentorship from clinic founder Dr. Jaime “Stack” Applegate, DPT
  • Clear growth path with a second clinic opening in 2028
  • A team that actually trains and values wellness
